Inspiring the trailblazers of tomorrow
The launch of Future Airport Leaders Programme gives young airport professionals the opportunity to qualify for free access to the Smart Airports & Regions Conference.
We aim to foster, encourage and support the industry’s future innovators. We want to help them learn, network and get first hand knowledge of the industry from aviation experts. But we also want to learn from them, as they are the future, so engaging with them now is the perfect way to find out more about their ideas and future expectations as well providing us with the opportunity to share insight and help shape their career development.
The importance of sharing knowledge and promoting innovation and best practice has led us to launch the Future Airport Leaders Programme for the SMART Airports & Regions 2017 conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, which provides free and full access to the conference to all airport employees under the age of 35.
Criteria to qualify for the programme:
It is required that one delegate registers from your airport. We can then accept up to 5 further future professionals under 35 to access full and free access to the event.
You will have to cover flights and accommodation but we, as an organisation, will bare all further costs.
Benefits of the Future Airport Leaders Programme include:
- Access all areas! Free attendance to the full conference programme and event agenda. Learn from industry experts and gain insights from airports worldwide.
- Full access to the networking Exhibition hall to learn about new products, services and innovations
- Full access to all networking programmes that include the Welcome Reception; Gala Night Party; Airport Tours; all Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Refreshments.
– All off the above are supplied at no charge to the airport.
We are also interested in hearing from you if you work with mentoring internships/graduate access programmes and/or have a relationship with educational bodies.
We hope this can be a small way to help give back to this great industry and inspire, help and mentor those who may not be able to usually attend.
Please feel to contact me with any further questions or for more information on registering your interest in doing the programme.
